Dalil is an AI-powered media monitoring and analysis suite that helps users navigate information disorder. You can cut through the noise its powerful toolkit, find the right angles to probe claims, and identify key patterns and insights from open sources. Launched in 2023, Dalil has evolved into a media monitoring and analysis suite addressed to journalists, jurists, open-source investigators, research analysts, and international fact-checkers, particularly from France and the Western Balkans. It has developed new proprietary content analysis tools, including an automated article analyzer and a legal-AI custom model capable of analyzing complex claims involving international humanitarian law. Since its creation, Dalil has partnered with key regional and international actors, aiming to establish itself as a global household name in the fight against disinformation.

Siren Analytics is a joint venture between Siren Associates, a change management advisory reshaping the public sector across MENA, and CME, a multinational company offering high-end technology services and solutions.

Trajectory

Through the SCUP program, Dalil grew from a MENA fact-checking platform into a global media monitoring suite, expanding to Europe and the Western Balkans. Over the past year, it launched proprietary AI tools, grew to 400+ expert users across multiple countries, and forged key partnerships. Dalil now aims to lead its field by scaling reach through high-impact collaborations, entering new markets, and advancing innovative media analysis capabilities.
