Project Summary

The Women-Led Community Resilience Hubs initiative delivers integrated essential services to marginalized women in conflict-affected Twic County, South Sudan. Led by the Invisible Women Inclusion Network (I-WIN), the project establishes community hubs managed by trained women leaders to provide GBV response, legal aid, psychosocial support, climate-resilient livelihoods, and clean energy solutions.

Addressing weak infrastructure and recurring conflict, the model ensures continuity of services where formal systems are absent. It builds on ongoing interventions, including energy-efficient stoves and community empowerment programs, reaching over 10,000 beneficiaries.

The initiative strengthens resilience, promotes women’s leadership, and offers a scalable model for sustaining essential services in fragile contexts globally.

Presentation of the Organization

Invisible Women Inclusion Network is a women-led NGO in South Sudan dedicated to advancing the rights and socio-economic empowerment of marginalized women. I-WIN delivers community-driven programs in livelihoods, protection, legal aid, and climate resilience. It leads this project through its established presence in Twic County and strong grassroots networks.
