Ukraine Critical Minerals Transparency and Governance Project

Project Summary

The Ukraine Critical Minerals Transparency and Governance Project is a multi-stakeholder initiative led by Razom We Stand to strengthen transparency, accountability, and community engagement in Ukraine’s rapidly developing critical minerals sector during reconstruction. The project combines a public US–Ukraine Minerals Deal Tracker, stakeholder mapping, governance monitoring, and local engagement activities to provide accessible and reliable information on mining-related investments, policy reforms, ESG risks, and reconstruction developments. The initiative aims to support informed public debate, improve oversight of critical minerals governance, and encourage responsible decision-making among governments, investors, civil society, and affected communities through collaboration with international standards initiatives and regional stakeholders.

Presentation of the Organization

Razom We Stand is an international civil society organization working to accelerate a fossil fuel-free, democratic, and sustainable future for Ukraine and Europe. Through advocacy, research, and multi-stakeholder engagement, the organization promotes transparent and accountable energy transition policies. The project is implemented under Razom We Stand’s Energy Transition Minerals (ETM) workstream focused on governance, transparency, and responsible critical minerals development in Ukraine.
