The project is a collaboration between the state of Qatar through Generation Amazing (GA), Supreme Committee, and the football governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) and its 41 Member Associations (MAs). This recently launched project aims to promote inclusion, gender equality, and child protection through football. The project targets young people at risk of exclusion, forms of abuse, and harm. Equipped with a co-designed joint curriculum, the project promotes critical thinking among young people using peer learning and cross-pollination of ideas via football as a platform for social change. As the state of Qatar continues to play a crucial role in global governance, GA's collaboration with CONCACAF's 41 MAs not only promote South-South cooperation but ensure the focus of sustainable development towards safe spaces for sport for young people and gender equality.
