30 Projects Selected for the 2025 Paris Peace Forum

The Paris Peace Forum is proud to announce the 30 innovative projects selected from its 2025 Call for Solutions. Chosen among 328 applications from over 80 countries, these initiatives reflect the creativity and determination of global changemakers working to tackle today’s most pressing challenges.

A diverse and global selection

This year’s Call brought forward a rich diversity of actors — from grassroots organizations to international networks, public institutions, and private actors. The final selection reflects a balance between geographies and sectors, with 53% of projects from the Global South and 47% from the Global North.

Addressing this year’s seven priorities

The selected projects offer concrete responses across the seven themes of the 2025 Call for Solutions:

  • Harnessing Nature-Based Solutions for Climate Resilience (7 projects)
  • Fostering Green Transitions, Access to Energy, and Critical Minerals (3 projects)
  • Reinforcing Local Peacebuilding (8 projects)
  • Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Peace and Stability (3 projects)
  • Broadening Access to Sustainable Agricultural Practices (4 projects)
  • Investing in Children as a Catalyst for Development (1 project)
  • Driving Digital Public Infrastructure and AI Impact for the SDGs (4 projects)

From local action to global impact

From Brazil to Nepal, Morocco to South Africa, the selected projects demonstrate how local solutions can scale up to address global challenges. Whether restoring biodiversity, promoting responsible supply chains, strengthening peacebuilding, or deploying AI for good, these initiatives embody the Forum’s mission: to provide a stage for concrete solutions that advance peace, people, and the planet.

What’s next

The 30 projects will be featured in the Space for Solutions at the Forum’s eighth edition on 29–30 October 2025 in Paris, under the theme “New Coalitions for Peace, People and the Planet.” They will gain visibility among world leaders, innovators, and funders — and ten of them will be selected to join the Scale-up Program (SCUP), receiving a year of tailored mentorship to boost their impact.
