Project Summary

Our GIS (Geographic Information System) project offers a powerful, AI-enhanced platform that integrates satellite imagery with field data to support governments, institutions, and farmers in optimizing agricultural practices.

The platform enables automated crop identification, yield estimation, water resource detection, real-time crop monitoring, and plot-specific advisory services. By leveraging machine learning, it also detects plant diseases early, helping reduce crop losses and unnecessary chemical use.

The project promotes sustainable agriculture by making precision tools accessible to smallholder farmers, supporting practices like conservation agriculture, integrated nutrient management, and climate-resilient farming. It empowers data-driven decisions, strengthens food security, and broadens equitable access to sustainable agricultural innovations across diverse regions.

Presentation of the Organization

A subsidiary of OCP Group, OCP AFRICA was created in 2016 to support sustainable African agriculture.
