Ecuador Grows Without Child Malnutrition is a national results-based governance model aimed at reducing chronic child malnutrition and promoting comprehensive early childhood well-being. The initiative brings together key sectors such as health, social protection, water and sanitation, and early childhood development under a results-based budgeting scheme that links public resource allocation to measurable impact indicators.
