The programme focuses on systemic change through prototyping and scaling high-impact solutions that are identified in spaces of listening, co-creation and collaborative learning. Developmental evaluation, collaborative governance, systematization and dissemination are key elements. Since 2017, +10.000 micro-companies and +24.000 new jobs have been launched and +100.000 vulnerable people involved. For the next 2 years they want to create 20.000 new jobs and to offer a portfolio of interconnected and viable prototypes of companies and services.
