DIVERSIFAIR addresses the urgent need for experts in algorithmic fairness by educating and raising awareness about intersectional bias in AI. The initiative combines technical and non-technical training through two key approaches: Equality4Tech, focused on auditing and detecting bias, and Tech4Equality, aimed at bias prevention. The project develops innovative educational resources and tailored training programs that empower professionals to tackle intersectional bias effectively. By fostering collaboration among vocational education, NGOs, and enterprises across Europe, DIVERSIFAIR enhances skills to combat discrimination risks.
Supported by eight partners from six EU countries, DIVERSIFAIR's educational kits inspire initiative and promote fairer AI practices. Funded by Erasmus+, the project ensures that AI development aligns with European values and regulations, paving the way for a more equitable digital future.
