CyberPeace Builders offers a powerful solution by turning corporate social responsibility into action, mobilizing cybersecurity experts for skills-based volunteering to protect NGOs. As nonprofits managing sensitive data and life-changing missions face escalating cyberattacks with limited resources, CyberPeace Builders steps in to provide free, expert-driven support across continents.
Since its launch, the project has connected 1,000+ volunteers to 300+ NGOs, delivering nearly 2,000 hours of critical cyber capacity building. Partnering with global and local corporations, cities, and governments, CyberPeace Builders is on a mission to democratize cybersecurity and safeguard the nonprofit sector.
Presentation of the organization
The CyberPeace Institute is a global nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the security and resilience of vulnerable communities, especially NGOs, against escalating cyber threats. By mobilizing volunteers and fostering partnerships with corporations and governments, the Institute provides expert-driven cybersecurity support, threat intelligence, and advocacy. Since 2019, they’ve empowered NGOs globally, helping them protect sensitive data, critical missions, and the communities they serve.
