Lene Wetteland is head of the Documentation and Accountability Hub. She has worked with human rights and democratization since 2007, with international organisations such as Norwegian Red Cross and the OSCE/ODIHR, and since 2009 with the Norwegian Helsinki Committee in various capacities. She speaks Norwegian, English and Russian fluently, as well as some Armenian. She holds a Master of Political Science from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
