Dr. Jan Lublinski is a manager in the field of international media development, with a background in journalism, consultancy, organisation development, research and evaluation. At DW Akademie, the media development branch of Deutsche Welle, he is head of the “Policy and Learning” department. Since 2019 he serves as general secretary in the executive committee of the Global Forum for Media Development (GFMD) and is also a member of the Consultative Network of the Media Freedom Coalition (MFC).
