Dhananjay Ray is a Mechanical Engineer (B.Tech) with MBA (HRD) from Sikkim Manipal University and has professional experience over 24 years in rural development sector in considering livelihood, gender and climate. He has long been successfully led / implemented different projects including Research for Development (R4D) in the ground on different thematic areas in collaboration with national and international level partners including ARCADIS Euro-consult (Netherlands), UNICEF, DFID, FAO, GOAL Ireland, EU, IWMI, ACIAR, CSIRO Australia, Universities of Birmingham, University of Essex etc. The outcomes and impacts of his activities / projects are well appreciated and published in International level journals. He also participated in training, workshop, conference etc. held in India and other Asian and European countries.
