Biography
With over ten years' humanitarian experience, Aïcha specializes in relations with institutional donors, and more specifically in issues relating to compliance, accountability to affected populations and protection against sexual exploitation and abuse.A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, she began her career as a parliamentary assistant before working in an organizational consulting firm where she specialized in the public sector, and more specifically in health and social protection issues.She then joined Action contre la Faim where she was in charge of the audit and risk management department. She then went on to work for British NGOs, always straddling the gap between headquarters and the field. She now works as a consultant and trainer for various NGOs and is a guest lecturer at Sciences Po.Aïcha was elected to the Board of Action contre la Faim in 2016 and held the position of Treasurer between June 2019 and June 2022, then Vice-President from July 2022 to June 2023.
