Supporting the private sector in fragile contexts

Addressing inequalities and accelerating SDGs

(Session co-organized with Expertise France and Proparco). At the Paris Peace Forum, Expertise France and Proparco, as part of the AFD Group, will organise a joint side-event focusing on supporting the private sector in fragile contexts. This event is organised in the name of all the European agencies, through the three networks: Practionners’ Network, EDFI and JEFIC. This side event will aim at highlighting how the actions led by Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), such as Proparco, and Implementing Agencies (IAs), such as Expertise France, complement each other in supporting the private sector in fragile contexts, by addressing a wide range of challenges, coping with national contexts, and coordinating efforts with multiple stakeholders.
