The Service for Foreign Policy Instruments actively promotes and supports global efforts to ensure a single, open, free, and secure cyberspace that fully respects democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, which are among the core values of the European Union. Developed in cooperation with the Council of Europe, the Global Action on Cybercrime Extended (GLACY+) helps promote the development and application of consistent cybercrime legislation, policies and strategies and strengthening the capacity of criminal justice authorities to apply legislation, investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate cases of cybercrime and engage in international cooperation.
