Shalini is a Managing Director and Senior Partner with Boston Consulting Group, and the Global Lead for Climate, Sustainability and Societal Impact for our Consumer Practice, and the Global Lead for Sustainable Food and Nature Solutions.Shalini leads teams supporting global and regional corporations on their impact/ESG agenda, developing their strategy, roadmaps and embedding it within their own operations and in the supply chain. Her work focuses deeply on net zero journey, agriculture and food systems transformation, circularity and waste, as well as equity, and inclusion. She also leads efforts across governments, foundations, and industry coalitions, and represents BCG in global forums at the intersection of these sectors.Shalini is an IMAGINE Leader and a Presidential Leadership Scholar. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Tony Blair Foundation and is a member of the Agriculture and Food Board of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
