Are you a journalist? Media accreditations to cover the Forum are now open

If you are a journalist, photographer, or TV crew member, you are most welcome to cover the 2019 edition of the Paris Peace Forum on 12 and 13 November at la Grande Halle de La Villette in Paris this November. You can now request your press accreditation.

How to cover the Forum?

1. Select Request an invitation and complete the online Application Form specifying the category “media”.

2. Upon completion, your request will be reviewed by our team (the reviewal processes takes a maximum of 15 business days)

3. Once approved, you will receive your personal code via email. You will need to confirm you attendance by using this code.

4. Select I received my personal code to enter your personal code received by email and confirm your attendance. Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code allowing you to retrieve your badge onsite granting you access to the Forum.

Please note that due to space constraints and security measures, there is a limited number of journalists permitted onsite each day. We advise you to request your accreditation as soon as possible, especially if you require a visa to attend. The deadline to request your accreditation is Wednesday 30 October 2019 at 6 pm, Paris time (CET). You can request an accreditation to cover the Forum on 12, on 13, or both 12 and 13 November. On the evening of 11 November, there will be a preview reception reserved for members of the Paris Peace Forum community.

A selection of projects announced at the closing ceremony will benefit from long-term support aiming to have an impact at an international scale.

What kind of exchanges will take place?

3 spaces bringing all the actors of change together: Meet the key actors of global governance and interact with leaders of international companies and foundations while sharing your ideas during a series of debate sessions led by high-level speakers comprised of leaders, officials, and experts. 3 spaces have been created to bring all the actors of change together in various interactive discussion formats.

2018 at a glance…

65 heads of state and government and 10 leaders of an international organization participated in the event and intervened in 40 bilateral sessions.
120 governance projects were showcased and discussed.
300 high-level speakers took place in 80 multi-stakeholder debates.
700 journalists attended to cover the event.
6,000 actors of civil society took part in this first edition.
